With the ever increasing size of our retirement age population, Bright Built Homes has, during the past five years, expanded into the patio home development segment of the housing community. Bringing the same craftsmanship and quality sub-contractors to the one-level patio homes in addition to adding some "custom home features" not found in other communities.
Each building consists of three distinct floor plans, with 6 units per building, all having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sunrooms off of the spacious eat-in kitchens.
