For David Bright, president of Bright Built Homes, Inc., building beautiful custom homes is much more than a business - it's an art. David started out as a trim carpenter, working on residential and commercial projects. In 1986 he decided to take his experience to a higher level, founding Bright Built Homes, Inc. David's personal commitment to excellence and craftsmanship is very evident in every aspect of his company, from the dedicated staff, to a team of subcontractors providing consistent quality and a shared commitment of perfection to customer satisfaction.

There are many reasons for David Bright's success. Foremost is his commitment to the homebuyer. "Good communication is essential in this business. That's why I always make myself available to the buyer. I believe you have to build a relationship with a client before you can build a home. Customer satisfaction is at the top of my list. I want my clients to be happy with their home," says David.

David has been a member of the Home Builders Association of Louisville since 1989, as well as a member of the National Association of Home Builders. As a builder/developer David has completed subdivisions throughout Jefferson County including Saddle Pointe, Canterbrook Farms, Brighton Springs and Crystal Valley Estates. From these developments David has continued to refine his homes by specializing in custom home construction on multi-acre lots. Bright Built Homes, Inc. generally has 8 to 10 homes under construction at any given time. Bright Built Homes, Inc. prides itelf on quality and believes in doing things right the first time.

Upgrades are always discussed up front and you will have a price for your home before you sign a contract.

Over the years, Bright Built Homes, Inc. has become a leader in the patio homes segment of the housing community, having completed the 84-unit St. James Place at Gene Snyder and Beulah Church Road and the 72-unit Chenoweth Park at Lovers Lane and Billtown Road. Our newest project is the 84 unit / 15 home site Trinity Place on Seatonville Road, with construction beginning in the Summer of 2008. Bright Built Home's current project is Anderson Park in Fern Creek with an expect5ed completion date of mid-2009.
